During your program's scheduled reporting window, program leadership is responsible for notifying and triggering an initial email that contains instructions and a secure link to your individual survey.
The email will be sent from DoNotReply@acgme.org. If you did not receive the email, check your spam or junk mail folder, then verify with your program that an email was sent to the correct email address.
To request an email containing your secure survey link (only active during your scheduled window of participation), use the Receive Survey Reminder tool.
