You may notice that the menu is not appearing on the left hand side of the screen after signing in. This is often caused by a pop-up blocker enabled in your web browser.
Some menus or interface elements rely on pop-up functionality to display correctly. If your browser blocks pop-ups, it can prevent these menus from opening.
Solution
Step 1: Disable Pop-Up Blocker for This Site
Follow the instructions below based on your browser:
Google Chrome
1. Click the lock icon (🔒) in the address bar.
2. Select Site settings.
3. Find Pop-ups and redirects.
4. Set it to Allow.
5. Refresh the page.
Safari (Mac)
1. Click Safari in the top menu.
2. Select Settings (or Preferences).
3. Go to the Websites tab.
4. Click Pop-up Windows.
5. Find the website and set it to Allow.
6. Refresh the page.
Microsoft Edge
1. Click the lock icon in the address bar.
2. Select Permissions for this site.
3. Set Pop-ups and redirects to Allow.
4. Refresh the page.
Step 2: Check Browser Extensions
Some browser extensions (such as ad blockers) may also block pop-ups:
1. Temporarily disable extensions.
2. Refresh the page.
3. Re-enable extensions one by one to identify the cause.
Step 3: Try a Different Browser
If the issue persists, try accessing the site in another browser to confirm whether the problem is browser-specific.
Additional Notes
- Always ensure your browser is up to date.
- If you are using a corporate or managed device, your IT team may enforce pop-up blocking policies.
